Responsibilities

• Cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing all equipment including dishes, pots, pans, tools, utensils, tables and chairs, and grease traps.
• Maintaining a neat appearance of working areas and employee and customer bathrooms.
• Keep bakery supplies generally organized and tidy.
• Assist in putting away and maintaining the organization of food, paper, and other supply deliveries.
• Keep bakery grounds (inside and out) by sweeping and mopping floors, breaking down cardboard boxes, emptying trash cans, taking out recycling, cleaning windows and doors, walls, floor boards, moldings, and base boards.
• Daily transportation of food or other products/items from storage rooms.
• Monitors inventory of cleaning supplies.
