Qualifications

• Valid ID required for employment.
• Certification(s) CNA, HHA, MA or PCA required or preferred.
• Commitment to training and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to patients in a hospital setting to ensure safety and comfort.
• Monitor and assist with basic care tasks such as hygiene and repositioning.
• Communicate changes and needs to the nursing team in a timely manner.
• Follow care instructions from RNs to support patient needs.
