Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy is seeking licensed physical therapists to provide in-home, one-on-one outpatient care. You will set your own schedule and be matched with nearby patients, typically within a 30-minute drive, ensuring efficient visits.

Documentation is quick via the Luna app, with no Start-of-Care paperwork, and you will treat one patient per visit. We offer flexible scheduling, per-visit pay with opportunities to increase earnings, and safety tools like Safety Shield.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license is required.
• Reliable personal transportation to patient homes.
• Liability insurance is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average.
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork).
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
