You’ll set your schedule, choose clients, and receive marketing and overhead support while earning top‑of‑market rates. Qualifications

• Active APRN license in Massachusetts.
• Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your practice with flexibility.
• Bonus: prior aesthetics experience or existing client network.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials.
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training.
• Participate in comprehensive virtual trainings on skincare techniques.
• Treat clients via Pinch marketing and personal network.
• Offer flexible weekly hours (4–24 hours).
• Manage products and supplies responsibly.
• Keep accurate client records.
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with Pinch Providers and team for support.
• Use Pinch marketing tools to retain clients and grow your business.
