Qualifications

• Active RN License in Washington/Compact (required).
• Attention to Detail is essential for accurate documentation and patient care.
• Strong Time Management Skills to handle multiple patients and visits.
• Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution in home health settings.
• Good Organization and Effective Communication with patients, families, and care team.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
• Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient’s nursing needs.
