Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Putnam County, FL is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses (RN) for PRN positions with flexible schedules and autonomy. Earn $45–$50 base per visit plus Medicare differential pay, with coverage area Palatka/Putnam County and clustered scheduling to minimize drive time.

You will perform 1:1 home-based nursing care, develop and adjust care plans, coordinate with physicians, and document via AI-assisted tools using WellSky/Kinnser EMR.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• Home health experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
