Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist Assistant license in Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of OT experience with exposure to home health.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using mobile apps for organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visits treating patients' physical conditions per plan of care.
• Improve mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance well-being.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Provide patient education and support for recovery.
