Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to visit patients.

Responsibilities

• Help patients improve function and maximize independence.
• Deliver prescribed occupational therapy and skilled procedures.
• Conduct initial evaluations and create/update plans of care.
• Supervise up to two Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
