Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Massachusetts is actively seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full-time in-home role. You will provide skilled rehabilitation to geriatric clients in Assisted Living and Independent Living communities across Mansfield, Attleboro, Easton, Norton, Westwood and Dedham.

Join a multidisciplinary team, conduct thorough evaluations, and develop individualized plans to promote health, safety, and independence.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts OT license is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent OT experience.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations of functional status and ADLs.
• Develop and adjust individualized intervention plans.
• Assess home environment for safety and independence.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and activities.
