Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs/CHHAs) to support clients in their own homes across Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Cumberland and Salem Counties. Training is available for qualified candidates, with flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts. Pay is WEEKLY, with HOLIDAY pay and referral bonuses.

Spanish speakers welcome. We provide CHHA training opportunities through the New Jersey Board of Nursing and connect you with nearby clients to minimize commute times.

Qualifications

Must be compassionate, patient and dependable.
Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned.
Willingness to work flexible shifts including days/evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate one-on-one care under a written plan of care.
Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing.
Meal preparation and feeding; medication reminders.
Light housekeeping and laundry; bed making.
Assistance with ambulation and transfers; ROM exercises.
Vital sign checks; monitor health status.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
