Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care – ACSP Division is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA/CHHA) to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care across Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Cumberland & Salem Counties.

We offer flexible day/evening/weekend shifts, training opportunities, and a supportive environment with 24/7 clinical manager support. Open enrollment for CHHA training available; Spanish-speaking candidates welcome.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful care approach.
• Passionate about helping others and delivering quality care.
• Willing to travel to clients' homes and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care based on a written plan under a nurse's direction.
• Bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing and personal hygiene.
• Meal prep and feeding, medication reminders, light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assistance with ambulation/transfers and range-of-motion exercises.
• Vital sign checks, companionship and emotional support.
