Job summary

Hand n Hand Home Health Care in Farragut, TN is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide in-home care. The role offers hourly pay starting at $15.00 to $16.00+, with a rotating 7a-7p schedule and every-other-weekend shifts, plus opportunities for bonus pay.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, provide transport, prepare meals, and maintain client documentation in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities to clients in their homes.
• Assisting with basic healthcare tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication reminders.
• Helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
• Providing transportation to appointments and errands as needed.
• Offering companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations, company policies, and upholding our company values.
