Job summary

Hand N Hand Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide in-home care for clients, with a Monday–Friday day schedule. The role focuses on companionship, light household tasks, and meal prep, while supporting client independence.

Pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth and longer-term, full-time roles. You’ll work one-on-one with clients, gaining autonomy and valuing compassionate, professional care.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, compassionate and professional demeanor required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Offering companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assisting with basic healthcare tasks, such as medication reminders.
• Helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
• Providing transportation to appointments and errands as needed.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client documentation.
