Job summary

Addus HomeCare is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) to serve clients across Delaware. The role offers flexible hours, up to 30 hours or more per week, with immediate work after orientation and opportunities for daily pay on select positions.

Requirements include being 18+, a HS diploma or GED (or relevant in-home care experience), and the ability to pass background and drug screening. Benefits include travel pay, 401k options, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or one year experience of in-home care services.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation).
• Provide routine house cleaning.
• As part of the client's Health Care Team, a Home Health Aide must observe and report any changes in client's condition.
• Promote our positive image in the community as the leading home care provider.
