Addus HomeCare is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) throughout Delaware to help seniors live independently at home. With 75 hours of training from an accredited program, we have immediate openings and welcome newly graduated students.

HHA positions offer up to 30 hours per week with flexible scheduling to fit school or personal needs. We offer a competitive package including an hourly rate of $16.75, daily pay for select roles, travel time and mileage pay, vacation pay, 401k options,

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED or one year of in-home care experience.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Aufgaben

• Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation).
• Provide routine house cleaning.
• As part of the client's Health Care Team, observe and report changes in client's condition.
• Promote our positive image in the community as the leading home care provider.
