Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors and adults who need assistance to live safely and comfortably at home. Our caregivers offer daily living support, companionship, and emotional encouragement to clients and families.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Background Screening required.
• Valid government-issued photo ID and second form of identification (Social Security card or Passport).
• Current CPR Certification.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Previous caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and meal prep.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and outings.
• Follow care plans and document services provided.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Communicate changes in client condition to the office promptly.
