Job summary

Dazzle Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team. You will work one-on-one with patients in their homes, following a personalized care plan while building trusting relationships.

The role demands compassion, reliability, and excellent communication to ensure patient comfort and safety. Applicants should be detail-oriented and well-organized, able to document care activity, and collaborate with supervisors to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certification as Home Health Aide completed and current.
• Driver’s license and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles.
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care.
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor.
• Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Give medications and immunizations.
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities.
