Dazzle Healthcare LLC is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one, in-home care under a personalized care plan. You will work directly with patients in their homes, building genuine relationships and ensuring a clean, healthy environment.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited HHA program, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license with CPR certification. Prior home health or hospice experience is a plus, with strong communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited Home Health Aide program.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of professional experience in care settings preferred.
• Driver's license required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in/out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or cars.
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, cleaning the home, and assisting with personal care.
• Maintain records of patient care, observations, and progress; report to supervisor.
• Engage with patients to keep them mentally engaged.
• Administer medications and immunizations as directed.
• Encourage participation in exercises or activities to promote health.
