Job summary

Legacy Home Care is seeking a Home Health Aide (CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, ILS) to provide in-home care to clients in the Twin Cities area. Pay rate is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with part-time daytime shifts available.

We offer bonuses up to $2,000, an employee referral program up to $600 per referral, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time staff, plus PTO. Applicants must be 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., have a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel up

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willing to travel up to 35 miles from your home to clients' homes.
• 1+ year of caregiving experience (CNA certification is a plus!).
• Ability to pass a multiple-choice caregiving knowledge quiz.
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, including 1 weekend shift per month.

Responsibilities

• Drive to clients' homes, spending at least 2 hours with each client
• Build strong rapport with older adult clients through regular visits
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and daily living activities
• Help maintain household cleanliness and provide hands-on care like transfers and therapeutic exercises
