Thrive USA Home Care in Merritt Island, FL seeks Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants. Work as little or as much as you want with flexible schedules. Join a team that values safety, professionalism, and meaningful client support.

Competitive pay of $19–$20 per hour plus perks like referral bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and training. Must have CPR/First Aid, be able to drive within the service area, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 18 years or older.
• Pass a background check.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Current CPR and First Aid required.
• TB/PPD test required.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and current insurance.
• Ability to handle physical aspects of the job (lifting, bending, etc.).
• Ability to travel within our service areas.
• Ability to document care plans in the patient care portal.
• Must have HHA/CNA or be willing to enroll in HHA course.

Responsabilités

• Be available to cover weekly shifts.
• Must be willing to drive throughout our service area to cover shifts.
• Deliver services per the person-centered plan (ambulation/transfers, bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep).
