Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) in Anthony, KS, to provide compassionate at-home care for seniors. You’ll assist with daily living activities, help with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation, while promoting safety and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of healthcare experience preferred.
• Compassionate and helping nature; good communicator; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document condition and notify supervisor of concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.
