Stand Out Home Care is seeking caring individuals to join our team as home care providers serving clients in the Valley. You can turn your compassion into a reliable income by guiding Medicaid enrollment, getting clients approved for services, and continuing to care for someone you already know.

You will assist with daily activities such as bathing, meals, light housekeeping, mobility support, and companionship while ensuring medication reminders and open communication with families.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Compassionate, reliable, dependable.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Valid ID and authorization to work in the U.S.
• DCW certification preferred (we can help you get certified).

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
• Support mobility and daily routines.
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Give medication reminders.
• Communicate with families and care teams.
