Job summary

Senior Helpers of North Orange County is seeking warm, compassionate caregivers to serve Garden Grove, Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Long Beach, Lakewood, Cypress, Bellflower, Westminster CA. This role offers flexibility and purpose for retirees, emptynesters, or anyone who enjoys helping others.

As a caregiver, you’ll provide non-medical in-home support, companionship, light housekeeping, and personal care as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable using an app for daily documentation and frequent office contact.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care and companionship.
• Assist with walks, activities, and social engagement.
• Light housekeeping and household support.
• Assist with personal care tasks as needed and follow care plans.
• Record care activities and communicate with the office as required.
