Job summary

Stand Out Home Care of Colorado is seeking caring caregivers to support clients in their own homes, providing personal care, companionship, and daily assistance tailored to individual needs.

You will help with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping while promoting independence and dignity.

We value reliability, empathy, strong communication, and a willingness to learn, with flexible part-time and full-time options and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and activities that encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
