Trail Ridge Home Care is seeking a Home Care Caregiver to provide compassionate support that helps clients remain independent in their own homes. You will deliver companionship, personal care, and tailored assistance to each client, making a meaningful difference daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum six months of experience working with seniors.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Must own or have access to reliable transportation to travel between client locations.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and committed to providing quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care to seniors in their homes.
• Support clients with routines and care needs that promote physical, mental, and social well-being.
• Assist clients in maintaining or achieving their highest level of independence.
• Follow individualized care plans and support each client's unique needs.
• Assist with daily living activities and medically focused care as assigned.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Communicate with business office staff to support personalized care plans.
• Balance companionship, personal care, and client support based on individual needs.
