Job summary

Cambrian Homecare, LLC is seeking caring, in-home caregivers to support children or adults with developmental disabilities in their homes in Vista, California. The role offers flexible scheduling and a base wage of $19.00 per hour, with weekly pay, and a $200 sign-on bonus for new hires.

You will assist with safety, daily routines, personal care, homework help, and after-school activities as needed, while maintaining client and family routines.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• 6+ months of verifiable professional experience in the field.
• Ability to pass a background check and reference check.
• Current TB test, Physical, CPR and First Aid certification (valid within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Engage and supervise the client for safety
• Behavioral activities
• Assist with chores, homework and maintain the client/family routine
• Before and after school care
• Hygiene care as needed
• Must be comfortable providing different levels of personal care
