Job summary

Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring individuals to provide one-on-one care to children or adults with developmental disabilities in their homes, in Hermosa Beach, CA. The position offers a flexible schedule and a $200 sign-on bonus, with weekly pay and 24/7 office support.

The base hourly wage is $19.00/hr for those passionate about helping others. Responsibilities include supervising clients for safety, assisting with daily activities, personal care as needed, and maintaining routines.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of verifiable professional experience in home health care.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid TB test, CPR and First Aid within 30 days of hire.
• Able to pass background and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Engage and supervise the client for safety
• Behavioral activities
• Assist with chores, homework and maintain the client/family routine
• Before and after school care
• Hygiene care as needed
• Must be comfortable providing different levels of personal care

Skills

6+ months experience

CPR certification
