Job summary

Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring one-on-one caregivers to assist children or adults with developmental disabilities in their homes around Huntington Beach. The role offers flexible scheduling, a $200 sign-on bonus, and weekly pay with 24/7 office support.

Hourly wage is $19.00/hr. Responsibilities include safety supervision, daily activities, hygiene care, and school-aged support. Candidates must be 18+, have 6+ months of experience, and pass necessary background checks and certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ months of verifiable professional experience in caregiving.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required (valid within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to pass a background check and reference check.

Responsibilities

• Engage and supervise the client for safety
• Behavioral activities
• Assist with chores, homework and maintain the client/family routine
• Before and after school care
• Hygiene care as needed
• Must be comfortable providing different levels of personal care
