SYNERGY HomeCare in Dedham, MA is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide in-home care that keeps clients safe, comfortable, and supported in their own homes.

We offer 20 to 40 hours per week with flexible schedules, including first and second shifts, weekdays and weekends, and both full-time and part-time opportunities in Dedham.

Qualificações

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Experience in caregiving or home care preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of providing care independently in a client's home.
• Flexible scheduling and reliability to fulfill shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, comfortable home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Communicate changes in client needs or condition to the care team.
