Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Hopedale, MA is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide in-home care with compassion and reliability. Earn $20 to $23 per hour with 20 to 40 hours per week, plus flexible scheduling and both full-time and part-time opportunities.

You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, companionship, light housekeeping, and follow care plans, reporting changes to the care team. Immediate openings available for your schedule.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Caregiving experience preferred.
• Reliable and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
• Report changes in client needs or condition to the care team
