Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing)
• Provide routine house cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry
• Transport client to appointments and errands
• Assist with medication reminders and self-administration where applicable
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisor
• Communicate clearly with clients and office staff
