Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a Home Care Aide to provide compassionate in-home support to elderly clients in Marlborough, MA. This onsite role offers either full-time or part-time hours, with opportunities to build meaningful relationships and a rewarding career.

You will perform light housekeeping, assist with personal care, meals, and medication reminders while supporting clients to maintain dignity and independence. Training is provided for those without prior certifications.

Qualifications

• HHA/CNA certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Willing to learn; training provided for those without prior certifications.
• Ability to perform light housekeeping and assist with daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping (vacuuming, laundry, tidying).
• Provide medication reminders and assist with pre-dosed medications as needed.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation to meet dietary needs.
• Support with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Run errands and assist with shopping to support clients' independence.
