Job summary

Addus HomeCare is currently hiring Home Care Aides in Metro Detroit and Downriver areas. Open and Virtual Interviews are offered in our Detroit Office located in the Fisher Building. We offer DAILY PAY for select positions and no certification is required.

You can choose your own schedule and work near home, with competitive bi-weekly pay and travel/mileage reimbursement. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship to clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a clean criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation by car or public transportation.
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
• Three references (2 professional and 1 personal) required at time of application.
• Must successfully complete pre-service Home Care Aide training.
• Reliable, courteous, honest, energetic, and caring.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, dressing, bathing, grooming
• Provide and/or assist with light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, meal prep, vacuuming, bed making)
• Companionship
