Job summary

A&C Private Home Care in Georgia is hiring Personal Care Aides to provide compassionate, personalized support to immobile, recovering, or frail clients across the state. You will assist with daily tasks, hygiene, meals, and mobility, while building meaningful, one-on-one relationships.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay of $15–$16 per hour, health/dental/vision, a 401(k), life insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Up-to-date TB test is required or willing to acquire one.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and compassionate nature.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene, meals, and errands.
• Provide mobility support and help with daily activities.
• Report changes in client condition to supervisors
• Engage clients with activities and companionship
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment
