Home Helpers in Marin & San Francisco seeks compassionate caregivers to support seniors in their own homes. Flexible full-time, part-time, temporary or per diem roles are available across Marin and San Francisco with weekday and weekend options.

Qualifications

• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) with California, or willingness to pursue registration with our guidance.
• Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
• Valid Driver’s License, reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Current negative TB clearance (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Provide warm companionship and personal care support.
• Assist with light exercises, transfers, and mobility within the home.
• Prepare nutritious meals and provide timely medication reminders.
• Escort clients to medical appointments, errands, and grocery trips.
• Maintain simple daily logs using the company mobile app.
