Job summary

BrightStar Care of Northern Central San Diego is hiring Home Care Aides, CNAs, and caregivers. Competitive pay $19.00–$22.00 per hour, with 20–40 hours weekly and options for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. A nurse-supervised team provides ongoing training and support.

Benefits include weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and a mobile shift app. Must have high school diploma/GED, 1 year healthcare experience, CPR, TB test, and a valid driver's license with a vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of healthcare/caregiving experience.
• Valid CPR certification and a negative TB test.
• Valid driver’s license with insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, hygiene, oral care, toileting, and vitals as required.
• Prepare meals, assist feeding, light housekeeping, linens, and specialized care.
• Provide companionship and transport to appointments and errands.
• Follow client plans under Nursing Supervisor guidance.
