Home Care Aides starting wage is $18.75/HR plus travel reimbursement. Eligible employees may receive health insurance coverage through SEIU Healthcare Illinois Home Care and Child Care Fund and a 6-month retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check is required.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.
• Two references (one professional, one personal) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care.
• Provide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation.
• Transport client to appointments and daily errands.
