Home Care Aides starting wage is $18.75/HR plus travel reimbursement. Eligible employees receive health insurance coverage through SEIU Healthcare Illinois Home Care and Child Care Fund, retirement plan eligibility after 6 months, PTO up

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.
• Two references (one professional, one personal).

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care.
• Provide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation.
• Transport client to appointments and daily errands.
