Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead for The Shops at Chestnut Hill to guide Santa photo set operations and guest experiences. You will lead a team, assist with photos, and ensure daily operations run smoothly during peak holiday hours.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, training, and troubleshooting on-site issues while delivering warm hospitality and memorable keepsakes for families. Prior experience in retail or customer service is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service industry preferred
• At least 18 years of age
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue
• Lead by example and reinforce policies set by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned
