Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care with flexible schedules across New Jersey. You’ll support clients with daily living activities and ensure comfort and safety in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license.
• English preferred; bilingual optional.
• Drivers preferred to support client visits.
• Compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty are essential.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, meals).
• Administer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Adapt to diverse client homes and personalities, maintaining professionalism.
