Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) in multiple PA locations. We offer flexible hours, weekly pay, and opportunities with our training program. Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with benefits for those meeting weekly hour thresholds, plus generous referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of Direct Home Care experience with another Home Health agency, Hospital or facility.
• Training can be provided if you do not meet qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting and dressing.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervisors.
• Assist with transfers and mobility using lifting devices as trained.
• Provide medication assistance and support adherence to care plans.
