Alvita Home Care is expanding its caregiver team across Nassau County and nearby areas. You can pick up per diem shifts that fit your schedule or take a live-in case for steadier work. Experience in home or facility settings is a plus, but kindness and reliability matter most.

Pay ranges from $19.65 to $22.00 per hour, depending on the case. We offer per diem work with weekly pay, and benefits like sick time, 401(k), and health coverage after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must hold NYS Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certificate.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. required.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate approach to care.
• Up-to-date medicals and vaccinations (or willingness to get them).
• Completion of Alvita Care onboarding before accepting cases.

Responsabilités

• Provide private-duty, one-on-one care (including live-in) or facility-based shifts.
• Match caregivers with clients after a short phone screening.
• Deliver high-quality personal care and support according to care plans.
