Job summary

VNA of Florida in Martin County is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our trusted home care team. You will provide one-on-one personal care, companionship, and support with daily activities to help patients remain safe at home.

Shifts range from 1 to 12 hours, on Weekdays and Weekends on a PRN basis, with flexible scheduling and local patient assignments.

Qualifications

• Florida HHA Certificate or CNA License.
• CPR Certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Compassionate and dependable personality.
• Home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Follow individualized care plans.
