Job summary

Care Connect at Home, a family-owned home care agency, is seeking reliable and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Martin County, FL. You will provide personalized home care services to seniors and adults who need extra support to remain safe and comfortable at home.

As part of our team, you will assist with personal care, mobility, and companionship, with flexible shifts and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license.
• CPR certification.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Hoyer Lift Experience.
• Ability to pass a Level II background check.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal prep and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, tidying, and dishes.
• Follow personalized care plans and report any changes in condition to our team.

Education

Florida HHA certificate or CNA license
