Job summary

Senior Helpers is seeking Certified Caregivers (HHA or CNA) in the South Shore area to provide one-on-one in-home care. You will work with clients in their homes, delivering personal care, companionship, and support tailored to individual needs. Applicants must hold an HHA or CNA certification, have 2+ years of caregiving experience, and pass pre-employment physicals and TB testing within the last year.

CPR, a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and U.S. work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA Certification required.
• 2+ years experience as a caregiver.
• Proof of pre-employment physical (within 12 months).
• Proof of negative TB test within past 12 months (chest X-ray valid 5 years).
• CPR certification required.
• Drivers license and reliable vehicle.
• Proof of car insurance.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• English as a spoken and written language.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine activities of daily living in patients' rooms or apartments.
• Observe and report changes in patients' physical and emotional condition.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes to the RN.
• Assist with household chores and light housekeeping.
• Comply with nursing protocols and procedures.
