Job summary

Senior Helpers provides one-on-one home care to help clients stay safe and independent in their own homes. Caregivers are matched to clients based on expertise and needs. Training and opportunities for professional certifications are offered.

Applicants should hold HHA or CNA certification, have 2+ years of caregiving experience, and possess CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and proof of legal work status in the United States.

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA Certification required.
• 2+ years experience as a caregiver.
• CPR certification.
• Driver's license & reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, eating) in patients' homes.
• Observe and report changes in patients' physical and emotional condition to RN.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate changes to family or supervising staff.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Follow nursing protocols and procedures.
