Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines, and help identify appropriate patients for therapy.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay ($35.00–$42.00/hour), strong mentorship, tuition assistance and immigration support for H1B

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
