Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our SNF and long-term care setting. This full‑time role supports clinical teams, helps implement personalized care plans, and maintains accurate documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a COTA license in the state of practice.
• Associate degree from an AOTA‑accredited OTA program.
• NBCOT certification as COTA (if required by state).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
