Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant - FT to join our growing team in the SNF and long-term care setting. You will provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, and help identify patients who will benefit from therapy.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meetall regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
