Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF and long-term care team in Columbus, Ohio. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

As a PTA, you will provide treatments under a licensed PT, assist in selecting patients for therapy, document to regulatory standards, and collaborate with care teams to achieve strong patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Experience collaborating with therapy teams and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
